The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society "Hunt For A Cure"
The Second Annual "Hunt for a Cure," sponsored by the Gateway Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, will be held at Central Fields in Forest Park from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Saturday, March 31, 2012.
This FREE community event will feature 50,000 hidden eggs with prizes for children of all ages. In addition to music and a variety of specialty and informational service booths, families will be able to visit the petting zoo, the Castlewood Stable Clydesdales, and friendly, adoptable animals from Stray Rescue of St. Louis.
Don't miss the arrival of the Bunny at 11:00 a.m.
Children Ages 0-4 begin egg hunt at 11:30 a.m.
Children Ages 5-8 begin egg hunt at 11:40 a.m.
Children Ages 9-12 begin egg hunt at 11:50 a.m.
The "egg hunt for everyone" - a thank you to the countless LLS supporters and volunteers, is being held courtesy of multiple community partners, including 50 area senior centers, CBS Radio St. Louis, Clear Channel St. Louis, Emmis Communications St. Louis, Hubbard Radio St. Louis, 550 KTRS and Radio One.
Special appreciation goes to St. Louis Children's Hospital, Mercy Medical Center's Cardinals Kids Cancer Center, and Cardinal Glennon for their outreach and arrangements for patients and their families.
