Randall Rollinson President, LBL Strategies, Ltd.



Randall Rollinson is co-founder and President of LBL Strategies, Ltd.; a strategic planning and management firm serving clients in Chicago and beyond in nonprofit, for profit and government sectors since 1985. During that span of time Randall has had many rewarding experiences serving clients including USAID, the Illinois, Iowa and Kentucky Soybean Associations, Provena Life Connections, DuPage County of Illinois, TCF Inventory Finance, Life Services Network, the National Restaurant Association, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Environmental Protection Agency.

Rollinson occupies unique space in the field melding direct client consulting, scholarship through published articles and book (Strategy in the 21st Century, Rollinson and Young, 2010) software solution developer for strategic information management (MAPPware), certificate based instruction in strategic planning and management (presently with DePaul University) and industry professional development through the Strategy Professional Resource Center (SPRC). The Certificate in Strategic Management program is an IACET award winner as an "exemplary, outstanding results-oriented program."

Randall is a founding member of the Chicago Chapter of the Association for Strategic Planning (ASP). He is an ASP certified Strategic Management Professional (SMP) and Registered Education Provider (REP) very active locally and nationally in the association's training and certification programming. A collaborator and partnership builder, Rollinson is highly respected in the field and in local nonprofit volunteer work for his integrity and passion in pursuing team based results…first and always.

Mr. Rollinson holds an MBA in Management / Information Systems from DePaul University, a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Southern Illinois University. He has taken advanced certificate level training from DePaul University in executive information systems and project management. He recently completed a certificate program in international trade at the World Trade Center of Illinois. He is a certified Balanced Scorecard Professional from George Washington University College of Professional Studies.
