Providing opportunities for older adults to live independently in their homes

Our goal is to create a local community response to the needs of older adults living in our neighborhoods.

SGSM Network is:
- Encouraging and supporting successful aging
- Bringing faith communities together to promote positive and productive experiences and services
- Building relationships with new partner churches or agencies
- Providing support to those already participating in our ministries

We work with four distinct St. Louis City and County areas through church partnerships to provide services.

Community, Emergency Safety, Health Medicine, Seniors
