Mission:
The mission of the American Red Cross is to provide relief to victims of disasters and help people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies.

Description:
- We shelter, feed and care for survivors of disasters;
- We supply nearly half of the nation's blood;
- We teach lifesaving skills such as CPR, First Aid and how to use Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs);
- We help our military families cope with emergencies;
- We provide humanitarian aid to people worldwide.
