Description: Health and Dental Care for Kids is a private, non-profit, 501(c) 3 organization that serves as a comprehensive medical and dental practice for approximately 34,000 pediatric visits for children in the St. Louis metropolitan area (including the East Side and neighboring Missouri counties). Health and Dental Care for Kids was established in St. Louis in 1993. Although founded as a unique solution for the community jointly by St. Louis Children's Hospital and Cardinal Glennon Children's Medical Center, we are a completely self-sustaining organization. Our policy is to never turn away a patient regardless of ability to pay or immigration status. We accept all Missouri and Illinois Medicaid plans, as well as most forms of commercial insurance. For those patients without medical insurance we offer a deeply discounted fee schedule that allows families to pay a modest amount to cover medical or dental services.
